(Almost) home made ciabatta on soho

On Tuesdays on my way from the gym to the office, I tend to buy a ciabatta for lunch. But don't you think that describes it. The place where I buy them from is an Italian Deli shown to me by Steve Marshall.

You chose top quality bread and deli fillings as if you were taking them home for a dinner party, but instead they make you a sandwich.

Not a very peculiar process process, I know, but the result is quite different from the average sandwich shop: the secret is in the ingredients. Plus, the atmosphere of the place is quite something.

A London must know.

Busaba Eathai - Thai Restaurant in Soho, London

Today's lunch was a Busaba Eathai, great looking and tasting food, reasonably priced. Definitely recommended.

That said, I did find vegetarian options could be more. There is one vegetarian dish on each category of the menu, except for side dishes, where there are two. Other than the fact that if you go over and over you'll be repeating dishes, there is the fact that they can't afford much diversity as they have to cater for the average. For example, there's no spicy and vegetarian dish.

I suppose this may be sorted out talking to the waiter, but I haven't tried. Since it was my first time there, I've just chosen from the menu, which was delicious indeed.
